Shipping & delivery

We will dispatch all purchases within two working days, unless otherwise stated in the availability tab on each of the product listings. We will pack your order in such a way that it is guaranteed to reach you undamaged. We charge shipping according to the total weight of your order.

You will have the option of choosing registered or normal shipping (UK only) during the checkout process, with registered shipping we will email the tracking number once your order has been dispatched, you can then find out exactly where your package is in the unlikely event that there is a delay.

All orders within the UK now come with free standard shipping, if you wish to opt for a next day delivery services, prices start from £8.80 for a parcel weighing up to 1kg via Royal Mail.

UK Shipping

We send all orders via a tracked on delivery or a registered delivery service, as this comes with a tracking number and has many benefits such as being useful for customers who have a busy schedule and cannot always be at home to receive a parcel. Large letter parcels are usually posted through the letter box, perfumes sized 3ml or 10ml, when using the free delivery service.

UK delivery times

Free delivery service: 3-5 working days after dispatch. Sent via Royal Mail tracked on delivery service.
Royal Mail Special delivery: Next working day
DPD Courier Service: Next working day

The free delivery service times are not guaranteed, there can be some slight delays for a very small number of customer orders.

International shipping

We use Royal Mail to dispatch your order and only charge the cost of posting the order out to you, we do not charge anything for packaging and handling. All international orders are sent via registered airmail or via DPD courier service, this comes with tracking, which will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We cannot ship perfume sprays outside the UK unless you pay for DPD shipping, which can be costly for small orders.
