Hainan is the second largest ocean island and the smallest land province in China. its neighboring countries are Philippines towards the east, Malaysia and Brunei towards the south, Indonesia (Natuna Islands) towards the southwest, and Vietnam towards the west. This whole region has the perfect climate and soil for Agarwood trees. One of the legends of the east is that an Agarwood cutting was the only plant Adam was allowed to take from the Garden of Eden. We believe this legend and many others like these were created to empasise the mystery of this tree and the fragrance it produces, which connects us to the ancient, to the roots and soul of the earth.
