1. What settings or software do I need on my computer to view the
oudh.co.uk site?
The site works with all commonly used browsers, on both PC and Mac
platforms. For optimal viewing, we recommend at least Netscape Navigator 4.0
or Internet Explorer 4.0, and a screen resolution of at least 600x480 pixels.
2. What information is collected about me when I visit the site?
We do not require any information to obtain access to any part of our site,
unless specifically stated. We may ask for specific information in order to
provide a service to you, such as sending you an order. Information requested
may include name, title, address, e-mail address, and phone number.
We do anonymously track traffic patterns using cookies, in order to measure
site performance and make improvements. Cookies are small pieces of
information stored on your computer that are read by the browser.

3. What is your warranty policy?
All of our products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. These vary
in length but are for a minimum of one year. Specifics on getting warranty
service will depend on the item, the nature of the problem, the manufacturer
and your location. Further details on manufacturer’s warranties will
generally be attached when you get your new furniture. Your statutory rights
are not affected.
4. Will I get an order confirmation?
We will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order received
shortly after your order is placed.
5. Do you deliver or send products outside the United Kingdom?
We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland or send products outside the
UK.
6. What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 9am and
5.30pm. If you or the intended recipient are not available, each time an
attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address
confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this
card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.
7. How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?
The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its
original, undamaged
packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being
returned when making a refund. We will refund the price of the item and
delivery charge to the purchaser or exchange the product as soon as it is
received by us. This will usually reach that account within seven working
days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit
card company process the credit.
8. How do I report a problem with the website?

details of the problem and we will try to resolve it as soon as possible.

10. How can I place an order?
You can order online simply by clicking the "Add to Basket"
button below the item you wish to purchase (you can always remove the item
from your order later) and when you are done shopping click on the
"Secure Checkout" button which takes you to the PayPal order form.
You can then enter your personal information such as address, card details
etc. and submit your order via PayPal's secure server
11. What if I have a complaint?
We are determined to provide the easiest and best way to buy Bluetooth
products online, and we are not satisfied unless all our customers are
delighted with their purchase and their experience of shopping at
oudh.co.uk. In the unlikely event that you do not enjoy your experience of
shopping with us, please tell us by email at complaints@oudh.co.uk. We
will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and will do our very best to
resolve it quickly. Where a complaint has not been resolved within one week,
you will receive weekly updates on its progress.
12. What if the item I have ordered is not in stock?
In the highly unlikely event that the item you have ordered is out of
stock, we will offer you a full refund, a replacement item of your choice or
we can give you the option of waiting a little longer until the item is
re-ordered (please note that some products may not be ordered again due to low
demand etc.)
